The procedure is to drain the cooling system, remove the surge tank outlet hose assembly, disengage tension on the upper and lower coolant bypass hose clamp and remove the coolant bypass hose.

Q: How do you install the coolant bypass hose (LH2)?
A:
You can install the coolant bypass hose to the vehicle, position and engage tension on the lower and upper coolant bypass hose clamp, install the surge tank outlet hose assembly and fill the cooling system.

Q: How do you install the thermostat (LH2)?
A:
You can install a new seal ring on the thermostat, install the thermostat and new seal ring into the thermostat housing, install the thermostat housing with the thermostat assembly to the engine front cover, install the thermostat housing bolts, install the heater hose to the thermostat housing and install the air outlet duct.
