A:
The procedure is to remove the following: the HVAC module, the HVAC module assembly foam seal, the TXV mounting bolts, the TXV, the sealing washers, the heater cover screws, the heater cover, the heater core, the HVAC module case retaining screws and the evaporator core.

A:
The procedure is to remove the following: the air cleaner assembly, the air cleaner resonator duct, the mass air flow/intake Air Temperature Sensor bolts, and the MAF/IAT sensor and seal.
Q: What is the removal procedure for the blower motor?
A:
The procedure is to remove the RH insulator panel, disconnect the Blower Motor electrical connector, remove the blower motor retaining screws, and remove the blower motor from the HVAC module.
Q: What is the removal procedure for the heater core cover?
A:
The procedure is to remove the HVAC module, disconnect the HVAC module wiring harness retainer pin, disconnect the wiring harness from the Heater Core cover wire harness retainer, disconnect the discharge temperature management (DTM) sensor electrical connectors, remove the DTM sensors, remove the heater core cover screws and remove the heater core cover.
