01/11/2022Q: What is the removal procedure for the Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting?
A:
The procedure is to pull the plastic cap back from the quick connect fitting and down along the cooler line about 5 cm (2 in), pull on one of the open ends of the retaining ring, remove and discard the retaining ring, and then pull the cooler line straight out.
