You can coat the valve lifters using prelube, install the valve lifters to the cylinder bores, thread lock to the valve lifter guide bolt threads, the valve lifter guides, the valve lifter guide bolts, the valve rocker arms and pushrods, and the lower intake manifold.

Q: How to remove the Lifter/Lash Adjuster?
A:
You can remove the lower intake manifold, the valve rocker arms, pushrods, the valve lifter guide bolts, the valve lifter guides, and the valve lifters from the valve lifter guides, and clean all gasket surfaces with a degreaser.
