2007 Buick Terraza Fuel Injector

If the O-ring is not removed with the injector, the replacement injector with new O-rings will not seat properly in the injector socket. Improper seating could cause a fuel leak.

You can remove the transmission filter, the 1-2 accumulator, the internal wiring harness electrical connectors, the pressure control solenoid retainer, the pressure control solenoid, the 1-2 and 2-3 shift solenoid retainers, the 1-2 and 2-3 shift solenoids, the 3-2 control solenoid retainer, and the 3-2 control solenoid.

You can install the 3-2 control solenoid, the 3-2 control solenoid retainer, the 1-2 and 2-3 shift solenoids, the 1-2 and 2-3 shift solenoid retainers, the pressure control solenoid, the pressure control solenoid retainer and bolt, the internal wiring harness electrical connectors, the 1-2 accumulator, and the transmission filter.

You can remove the fuel feed pipe from the fuel rail, any remaining electrical connectors, the upper intake manifold, the fuel injector harness connector bracket bolt from the intake manifold, the camshaft position (CMP) sensor electrical connector, the fuel rail bolts, the fuel rail, the O-rings from the spray tip end of each injector, the fuel injector retaining clip, the fuel injector, and the fuel injector upper O-ring.

You can install the new injector O-rings, the new fuel injector upper O-ring, the fuel injector, the fuel injector retaining clip, the fuel rail assembly, the fuel rail bolts, the CMP sensor electrical connector, the fuel injector harness connector bracket to the intake manifold, the fuel injector harness connector bracket bolt, the upper intake manifold, any remaining electrical connectors, the fuel feed pipe to the fuel rail, and inspect for fuel leaks with the following procedure.
