After coating the valve lifters, you can install the valve lifters, apply the thread lock to the lifter guide bolt threads, and install the valve lifter guides and the valve lifter guide bolts. Then you can install the valve rocker arms, pushrods, and the lower intake manifold.

A:
After removing the lower intake manifold, you can remove the valve rocker arms and pushrods, the lifter guide bolts, the valve lifter guides, and the valve lifters. Then you can clean all gasket surfaces with a degreaser.
