After removing the intake manifold cover and draining the cooling system, you can remove the air cleaner outlet duct, the spark plug wires, and the spark plug wire clip. After repositioning the spark plug wires and the heater outlet hose, you can reposition the thermostat bypass pipe hose clamp, the thermostat bypass pipe hose, the left engine mount strut, the thermostat bypass pipe bolts and nuts, and the thermostat bypass pipe O-ring seal.

Q: How to install the thermostat bypass pipes?
A:
You need to install a new thermostat bypass pipe O-ring seal and the thermostat bypass pipe. Then you can install the thermostat bypass pipe bolts and nuts and tighten the bolts/nuts to 10 N.m. Then you can install the left engine mount strut and the thermostat bypass pipe hose. Next, you can position the thermostat bypass pipe hose clamp, connect the heater outlet hose, and position the spark plug wires. After that, you can install the spark plug wires, the spark plug wire clip, and the air cleaner outlet duct. Then you can fill the cooling system and install the intake manifold cover.
