You need to remove the brake fluid to the midway point before proceeding. Then you can raise and support the vehicle, remove the tire and wheel, install two-wheel lug nuts and a large C-clamp, and tighten the C-clamp. After that, you can remove the brake hose bolt, the brake hose, and the two copper brake hose gaskets. Then you can plug the openings, clean off any dirt or corrosion on the brake caliper, and remove the brake caliper bolts and the brake caliper from the brake caliper bracket.
