Q: What is the installation procedure for the Evaporative Emission Canister Filter?
A:
Install a NEW EVAP canister filter. Install a NEW EVAP canister filter cover seal. Snap the EVAP canister filter cover onto the EVAP canister. Connect the fuel fill pipe vent hose quick-connect fitting at the EVAP canister. Lower the vehicle.

Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the secondary Air Injection Pump.

Remove the intake manifold cover. Disconnect the engine harness electrical connector. Remove the EGR Valve. Remove the EGR valve gasket. Clean the EGR valve mating surfaces.

Install the PCV tube to the intake manifold. Install the PCV tube to the air cleaner outlet duct. Install the intake manifold cover.
