You need to remove the transfer case shield, the rear propeller shaft, and the rear output shaft seal, inspect the rear output shaft bushing, and remove the rear output shaft bushing.

You need to raise and suitably support the vehicle, remove the transfer case shield, remove the front propeller shaft and the front output shaft seal, pry the inner seal race forward, move the inner seal race forward on the front output shaft, remove the inner seal race from the front output shaft, insert a flat-tipped screwdriver or small pry bar into the space between the lip of the outer race of the seal and the transfer case, and remove the remaining part of the output shaft seal from the transfer case.

You need to install a new front output shaft seal and the rear propeller shaft, check the fluid level, install the transfer case shield, and lower the vehicle.

You need to install the J 43484, a new seal onto J 43484, the seal, and the front propeller shaft, check the fluid level, install the transfer case shield, and lower the vehicle.

You need to install the finger section of the J 45380 in front of the bushing, the tube and forcing screw to the finger section, and remove the rear output shaft bushing.
