2006 Chevrolet Equinox Intake Manifold

You can remove the fuel injector sight shield, the ignition control module bracket, the air cleaner intake duct, the heater outlet pipe nut, the heater outlet pipe nuts and bolts, the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) pipe, the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) foul air hose, the generator brace nut, the generator brace, the upper intake manifold bolts, the spark plug wire retainer, the upper intake manifold, and the upper intake manifold gaskets.

You can install the upper intake manifold gaskets, the upper intake manifold, the spark plug wire retainer, the upper intake manifold bolts, the generator brace, the generator brace nut, the PCV foul air hose, the EGR pipe, the heater outlet pipe nuts, the heater outlet bolts, the heater outlet pipe nut, the air cleaner intake duct, the ignition control module bracket, the clamp, and the fuel injector sight shield.

The procedure is to install the lower intake manifold gaskets, the rocker arms and push rods, the lower intake manifold seals, the lower intake manifold to the engine, the lower intake manifold bolts, the fuel rail assembly, the heater inlet pipe, and the upper intake manifold.

The recommended torque is 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs).

The procedure is to remove the upper intake manifold, the heater inlet pipe, the fuel rail assembly, the lower intake manifold bolts, the lower intake manifold, the rocker arms and push rods, and the lower intake manifold gaskets.
