You can remove the crankshaft balance and pry out the crankshaft front oil seal.

29/10/2022Q: What is the installation procedure for the engine?
A:
The procedure is to lubricate the inside of the crankshaft front oil seal with clean engine oil, install the seal to the installer body, align the oil seal and installer body with the engine front cover and crankshaft, and then install the drive nut onto the thread force screw shaft, washer, and bearing. Then you can install to the installer body and tighten the force screw to the crankshaft by hand, using a wrench, turn the drive nut on the threaded force screw shaft, this will push the seal into the engine front cover, loosen and remove the drive nut from the threaded force screw shaft, washer, bearing, and installer body, and then install the crankshaft balancer.
