You will need a cigar lighter socket remover.

Q: How to remove the accessory power receptacle?
A:
You can remove the fuse located in the instrument panel (I/P) fuse block, lift the tether cap, locate 2 square holes, pull the receptacle straight out, disconnect the connector and remove the receptacle.
