You need to remove the accessory drive belt, relieve tension on the belt, remove the A/C belt from the pulleys, release the tension on the A/C belt tensioner, remove the wrench and or socket from the A/C belt tensioner, and clean and inspect the belt surfaces of all the pulleys.

A:
The procedure is to route the accessory drive belt around all the pulleys except the water pump pulley and tensioner, install the appropriate tool to the drive belt tensioner, rotate the drive belt tensioner clockwise to relieve tension on the drive belt tensioner, install the accessory drive belt under the water pump pulley and onto the drive belt tensioner, install the air intake duct, and inspect the accessory drive belt for correct alignment.
