You need to install a new valve seal, install the valve spring, and the valve spring retainer, compress the valve spring, install the valve spring keepers, disconnect the air hose from the adapter, remove the air hose adapter and the J 43649, install the spark plugs, the camshaft roller followers, and the camshaft.
