Q: What is the removal procedure for the Crankcase Ventilation Hoses/Pipes?

The procedure is to remove the intake manifold cover, and the air cleaner outlet duct, reposition the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose clamp at the outlet duct and remove the PCV hose from the air cleaner outlet duct.
