Q: How do you install the fuel level sensor?
A:
You need to slide the fuel level sensor into the slots on the fuel pump module bowel, secure the retaining tab on the sensor into the slot on the pump module bowel, connect the fuel level sensor electrical connector to the pump module, install the fuel level sensor wiring harness connector to the molded-in tab on the pump module bowl, and install the fuel pump module assembly.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the fuel level sensor?
A:
The procedure is to remove the fuel pump module assembly, remove the fuel level sensor wiring harness connector, disconnect the fuel level sensor electrical connector, depress the retaining tab on the sensor, and begin to slide the level sensor away from the pump module and slide the level sensor the rest of the way off of the pump module.
