A:
You need to raise and support the vehicle, remove the lower control arm, wrap the control arm with a shop towel and place it in a vise, then pull the control arm bushing through the control arm, disassemble the tools and remove the bushing.

Q: What is the proper way to install the Lower Control Arm Bushings?
A:
You should place the new bushing on the tapered side of the control arm, pull the control arm bushing through the opposite direction of the control arm, then install the bushing to the same depth and orientation as noted during removal, remove the J 41211 from the control arm, finally install the control arm.
