2005 Chevrolet Colorado Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor

You should partially drain the fuel tank below the level of the Fuel Filler Hose, raise and support the vehicle and remove the left pickup box wheelhouse liner, the bolt securing the fuel filler hose ground strap to the frame, the fuel filler hose screws and the fuel filler hose from the vehicle.

You should remove the fuel rail assembly, and the Fuel Injector retainer clip, pull the fuel injector from the fuel rail, and the fuel injector O-ring seals from both ends of the fuel injector.

You should align the edges of the sensor with the slots in the module, slide the sensor into position, ensure the locking tab is fully engaged install the Fuel Level Sensor to the module assembly, connect the fuel level sensor electrical connector to the module and install the fuel tank module.
