Q: How do you remove the fuel rail assembly?
A:
You should relieve the fuel system pressure, remove the intake manifold, clean the fuel rail assembly and the cylinder head before removal, remove the fuel rail bolts, the fuel rail from the cylinder head and the fuel injector lower O-ring seal from the spray tip end of each fuel injector.

A:
You should lightly lubricate the new lower fuel injector O-ring seals, install the new O-ring seals on the spray tip end of each fuel injector, the fuel rail bolts, and the intake manifold and inspect for leaks.

Q: How do you install the fuel pressure regulator?
A:
You should install the new fuel pressure regulator filter, lightly lubricate the O-ring seals, install the new O-ring seals to the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel rail return pipe, install the fuel pressure regulator screws and inspect for leaks.

You should relieve the fuel system pressure, clean any dirt from the fuel pressure regulator and the surrounding area, remove the fuel pressure regulator screws and inspect the regulator filter screen for contamination.
