You should slide the EVAP canister vent solenoid valve over the bracket and connect the EVAP canister vent solenoid valve to the EVAP canister and the electrical connector to the EVAP canister vent solenoid valve.

02/11/2022Q: How do you remove the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister vent solenoid valve?
A:
You should raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting, disconnect the electrical connector from the EVAP canister vent solenoid valve and the EVAP canister vent solenoid valve from the EVAP canister, disengage the bracket retaining tab and remove the EVAP canister vent solenoid valve.
