A:
The procedure is to disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the exhaust manifold heat shield, remove the oxygen sensor, raise the vehicle, remove the pipe to manifold nuts, pull down and back on the exhaust pipe, lower the vehicle, remove the exhaust manifold to cylinder head nuts and the exhaust manifold and clean all the sealing surfaces.

Q: How do you install the exhaust manifold?
A:
You can install a new exhaust manifold gasket, the exhaust manifold, and the new exhaust manifold to cylinder head retaining nuts, raise the vehicle, install a new exhaust manifold to flex coupler gasket, push the flex coupler into position on the exhaust manifold, install the retaining nuts, lower the vehicle, install the oxygen sensor, install the exhaust manifold heat shield and connect the negative battery cable.
