You can disable the SIR system, remove the upper trim cover, turn the steering wheel, adjust and install J 44298 into the 2 openings, pull the handle toward the steering wheel, pull the inflator module, remove the connector position assurance (CPA), disconnect the yellow SIR electrical connector, rotate the horn contact lead counterclockwise 1/4 turn and remove the horn contact lead from the steering column cam tower.
