You need to drain the cooling system, loosen the Water Pump pulley bolts, and remove the cooling fan and clutch assembly, the drive belt, the water pump pulley mounting bolts, the water pump pulley, the radiator outlet hose clamp, radiator outlet hose, the water pump mounting bolts, the water pump, the water pump gaskets, finally clean the water pump gasket mating surfaces.
