2005 Chevrolet Aveo Clutch Slave Cylinder

You can apply clean clutch fluid to the piston and the cup, install the spring to the piston, insert the assembly into the cylinder body, compress the piston with a driver, install the snap ring, install the pushrod and the boot, install the brackets and the bolts and install the clutch release cylinder assembly.

You can remove the bolt, disconnect the hose from the clutch release cylinder, remove the clutch release cylinder bolts and remove the release cylinder from the transaxle.

You can remove the clutch release cylinder assembly, remove the bolts and brackets, remove the boot and the pushrod, remove the snap ring with snap ring pliers and remove the piston assembly.

You can connect the release cylinder to the transaxle, install the bolts, connect the hose assembly to the cylinder body, apply grease where the pushrod connects to the release lever, bleed the air, adjust the clutch pedal and fill the reservoir with clutch/brake fluid up to the MAX level.
