2005 Chevrolet Aveo Clutch Master Cylinder

The procedure is to remove the following: the locking clip, the push rod fixing pin and push rod, the master cylinder pipe, the clutch master cylinder nuts, and the clutch master cylinder.

You can install the clutch master cylinder and clutch master cylinder nuts, install the master cylinder pipe, connect the master cylinder hose, connect the hose clamp on the master cylinder, install the push rod fixing pin and pushrod, install the locking clip, bleed the air, adjust the clutch pedal and fill the reservoir with clutch/brake fluid up to the MAX level.

You can apply clean fluid to the piston assembly cup, insert the piston assembly and the pushrod assembly into the master cylinder body, install the piston stop ring, install the boot and install the clutch master cylinder assembly into the vehicle.

The procedure is to remove the clutch master cylinder assembly, remove the boot, remove the pushrod assembly and the piston assembly, inspect the clutch master cylinder wall and the piston for wear, inspect the cup and the piston for wear and inspect the pushrod for wear.
