Q: How to remove the Expansion (Orifice) Tube (Front Only System)?
A:
You should recover the refrigerant, remove the accumulator, the coolant reservoir, the evaporator tube nut at the evaporator, the evaporator tube from the evaporator, the O-ring seal, and the nut from the evaporator tube block fitting, separate the evaporator tubes at the block fitting, remove the expansion tube and remove the expansion tube from the evaporator tube.

A:
You should recover the refrigerant, remove the accumulator and the coolant reservoir, loosen the evaporator tube nut from the evaporator, remove the evaporator tube from the evaporator and the nut from the evaporator tube block, separate the evaporator tube at the block fitting, use the J 26549-E to remove the expansion tube and remove the O-ring seal and the expansion tube from the evaporator tube.
