First, you need to install the fuel tank if previously removed, install the fuel filler tube into the fuel filler hose, position the fuel filler tube for best fit and alignment then secure the fuel filler tube hose clamp. Then, please install the bolt to the fuel filler tube ground wire, install the wheelhouse opening fuel filler tube cover, lower the vehicle, and install the sealing ring around the fuel filler tube. Finally, you should add fuel to the fuel tank, inspect for fuel leaks, install the fuel filler cap and close the fuel filler door.

The recommended torque is 3.5 N.m (31 lb in).

First, you need to drain the fuel tank below the level of the fuel filler hose, open the fuel filler door and remove the fuel filler cap, remove the sealing ring from around the fuel filler tube, and raise the vehicle. Then, please remove the wheelhouse opening fuel filler tube cover, and remove the bolt from the fuel filler tube ground wire. Finally, you should loosen the fuel filler tube hose clamp, remove the fuel filler tube from the fuel filler hose, and remove the fuel tank.
