Q: How to remove the Body Control Module?
A:
First, you need to remove the right closeout/insulator panel. Then, please remove the Body Control Module (BCM), and spread the latch tabs on the sides of the bracket while pulling downward, remove them from the mounting bracket. Finally, you should disconnect the electrical connector.
Q: How to install the Stop Lamp Switch?
A:
First, you need to install the stop lamp switch into the retainer. Then, please press the switch into the retainer until the switch plunger is fully depressed into the switch barrel, and rotate the switch clockwise until travel has stopped and the switch locks fully into position. Finally, you should connect the stop lamp/ABS/shift lock switch electrical connector to the stop lamp switch, adjust the stop lamp switch, and install the sound insulator.
