You should route the wiring through the steering wheel, align the mark on the steering wheel with the mark on the shaft, install the steering wheel, install the steering wheel retaining nut, install the weight block to the steering wheel, connect the steering wheel electrical connector, install the inflatable restraint steering wheel module and enable the SIR system.

Q: How to remove the Steering Wheel?
A:
You should disable the SIR system, remove the Inflatable restraint steering wheel module, disconnect the steering wheel electrical connector, remove the weight block from the steering wheel base, remove the steering wheel retaining nut, note the mark on the steering shaft and the steering wheel, install J 42578 and J 1859-A to the steering wheel, separate the steering wheel from the steering column, remove the steering wheel from the steering column and remove the J 42578 and J 1859-A from the steering wheel.
