You should clean all the fuel pipe connections and areas surrounding the fuel pipe connections before disconnecting the fuel pipe connections to avoid possible contamination of the fuel system, disconnect the fuel feed and fuel return pipe quick-connect fittings in the engine compartment, disconnect the evaporative emissions (EVAP) purge pipe at the EVAP canister purge valve and remove the fuel and EVAP pipes from the retainers.

A:
You should connect the fuel return pipe quick-connect fitting, connect the EVAP purge pipe at the EVAP canister, connect the threaded fitting to the fuel filter outlet and use a backup wrench to prevent the fuel filter from turning.

A:
You should install the fuel tank if previously removed, install the fuel filler tube into the Fuel Filler Hose, position the fuel filler tube for best fit and alignment then secure the fuel filler tube hose clamp, install the bolt to the fuel filler tube ground wire, install the wheel house opening fuel filler tube cover, lower the vehicle, install the sealing ring around the fuel filler tube, add fuel to the fuel tank, inspect for fuel leaks and install the fuel filler cap and close the fuel filler door.
Q: What tools are required to clean the Fuel Injector?
A:
You need J 37287 Fuel Line Shut-Off Adapters, J 35800-A Fuel Injector Cleaner, J 42873-1 3/8 Fuel Line Shut-Off Valve, J 42873-2 5/16 Return Pipe Shut-Off Valve, J 42964-1 3/8 Fuel Pipe Shut-Off Valve and J 42964-2 5/16 Fuel Pipe Shut-Off Valve.
