You should install the handle and lock cylinder rods to the outside door handle, install the handle and rods into the door, install the outside door handle fasteners, connect the lock cylinder rod to the door latch, connect the door handle rod to the latch, install the water deflector and install the door trim panel.

You should install the door handle rod to the outside door handle, install the door handle and rod into the door, install the outside door handle fasteners through the access holes, the door latch, and the inside door handle, connect the door handle rod to the latch, and install the water deflector and the door trim panel.

You should remove the door trim panel, remove the right rear push-in retainer on the water deflector, pull back the water deflector far enough to access the outside door handle, disconnect the lock cylinder rod from the door latch, disconnect the outside door handle rod by opening the retainer at the door latch, remove the door handle fasteners, remove the handle with handle and lock rods attached, by applying an upward and outward force and remove the handle and lock cylinder rods from the outside door handle.

You should place the window in the full-up position, remove the door trim panel, remove the water deflector just far enough to access the outside door handle, disconnect the outside door handle latch rod by opening the retainer on the door latch, remove the inside door handle, remove the door latch, remove the outside door handle fasteners through the access holes, remove the handle, with latch rod attached, and remove the rod from the door handle.
