Q: How do I remove the EGR valve?
A:
You should disconnect the electrical connector from the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve, remove the two EGR valve retaining nuts, remove the EGR valve, remove the gasket from the EGR valve inlet pipe and clean the EGR valve inlet pipe of dirt and debris.

A:
You should remove the fuel injector sight shield, remove the MAP sensor, press the access cover down and rotate 1/4 turn counterclockwise, remove the access cover and remove the PCV Valve and the O-ring from the intake manifold.
Q: How do I remove the EVAP canister vent valve?
A:
You should disconnect the EVAP canister vent valve harness connector, disconnect the hose from the EVAP canister vent valve, remove the EVAP canister vent valve bolt and remove the EVAP canister vent valve from the vehicle.
Q: How to remove the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Outlet Pipe?
A:
You should remove the bolt that attaches the EGR outlet pipe flange to the intake manifold, remove the nut that attaches the EGR outlet pipe to the EGR valve inlet pipe assembly and remove the EGR valve outlet pipe.
