You should verify that the striker properly engages the latch and that no obstructions are preventing the door from closing allow the latch to completely thaw and apply compressed air for two seconds to the latch to force out any moisture.

You should install the inside door handle and lock rods to the door latch, connect the electrical connectors, install the door latch into the door, install the door latch fasteners, connect the outside door handle latch rod to the door latch, and install the inside door handle, the water deflector, the door module, and the door trim panel.

You should install the inside door handle, connect the electrical connectors, inspect for proper operation of the door handles and lock cylinder before installing the water deflector and the door trim panel, and install the water deflector, the door module, and the door trim panel.

You should remove the door trim panel, the door module, the water deflector, and the inside door handle, disconnect the outside door handle rod from the door latch by opening the clip on the door latch, remove the door latch fasteners, remove the door latch with the inside door handle latch and lock rods attached, disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the handle and lock rods from the door latch.

You should remove the door latch fasteners, remove the window run channel fastener, position the window run channel out of the way, remove the door latch from the door with the inside door handle and lock rods attached and remove the handle and lock rods from the door latch.
