You should install the positive battery cable and nut to the underhood fuse block, connect the negative battery cable, recharge the A/C system, and leak-test the fittings of the component using the J 39400-A.

You should remove the evaporator hose nut from the accumulator, remove the evaporator hose from the accumulator and remove the accumulator from the housing.

Q: How to install the Air Temperature Sensor-Lower Right?
A:
You should connect the electrical connector to the Air Temperature Sensor, install the air temperature sensor into the sound insulator and turn 1/4 turn clockwise and install the right sound insulator.
Q: What should be noticed in removing the Heater Core?
A:
You should position the J 38185 to remove the heater hose clamps, remove the heater hoses from the Heater Core, remove the left side sound insulator and remove the right side sound insulator.
Q: How to remove the Heater Pipe Adapter-Inlet?
A:
You should drain the cooling system, remove the Heater Hose from the heater inlet pipe adapter using the J 38185, remove the bolt from the heater pipe adapter and remove the heater inlet pipe adapter from the engine.
