The proper way is to remove the Brake Master Cylinder, the reservoir cap and diaphragm, the master cylinder reservoir, the primary piston assembly, and the secondary piston.
Q: What should be noticed before bleeding the Hydraulic Brake System (Pressure)?

When adding fluid to the brake master cylinder reservoir, you shall use only Delco Supreme 11, GM P/N 12377967 (Canadian P/N 992667), or equivalent DOT-3 brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container.
