Q: How do you service the repairing scratched wood steering wheels?
A:
You can remove the steering wheel, wash the wood section of the wheel with wax and grease remover, mask off the non-wood area of the steering wheel, and with 400 grit sandpaper first, finish sanding with 600 grit, wash the wood section of the wheel again with wax and grease remover, clear coat the steering wheel, then install the steering wheel.

Q: What's the installation procedure for the steering wheel?
A:
The installation procedure is to install the steering wheel to the steering column, observe the alignment marks, and install a new steering wheel set nut, remove J 42640 from the steering column, connect the horn electrical connector, then install the steering wheel inflator module.
