A:
The installation procedure is to install the rear Parking Brake Cable and the rear parking brake cable retainer nut, connect the rear park brake cable to the rear suspension mounting bracket, connect the rear park brake cables to the left and right park actuators, connect the left and right cables to the equalizer, install the RH muffler, then lower the vehicle.

You can turn the steering wheel far enough to the left to gain access to the upper-to-lower intermediate shaft bolts, place the ignition in the locked position, remove the upper-to-lower intermediate shaft bolts, and remove the steering column and the upper intermediate Steering Shaft.
