A:
The installation procedure is to install the new gaskets, then place the intake manifold in position and install the 10 bolts attaching the intake manifold to the cylinder heads, then tighten the intake manifold bolts in sequence and attache the attached to the front of the intake manifold, install the fuel rail assembly, again turn to the ON position and check for fuel leaks, install the fuel injector sight shield.

You will need to lubricate the inside edge of the rubber plenum duct and clean any debris from the cylinder head and intake manifold.

The recommended torque is 2.25 N.m (20-inch lbs.).

Q: How do you remove the intake manifold?
A:
You can remove the fuel rail assembly and loosen the plenum duct clamp, then remove 10 bolts attaching the intake manifold to the cylinder heads and then remove the intake manifold, and lastly clean and inspect the intake manifold.
