Q: How do you remove the outlet surge tank hose/pipe?
A:
You can remove the radiator support, disengage tension and reposition the surge tank outlet hose clamp at the surge tank, disconnect the surge tank outlet hose from the surge tank, disengage tension and reposition the surge tank outlet hose clamp at the heater pipe assembly, disconnect the surge tank outlet hose, disengage tension on the radiator inlet hose clamp, then disconnect the surge tank inlet hose from the radiator, disconnect the radiator inlet hose, then remove the radiator inlet hose and disengage tension on the Surge tank outlet hose clamp, disconnect the surge tank outlet hose and remove the surge tank outlet hose assembly from the vehicle.

Q: How do you remove the generator cooling pipe/hose quickly?
A:
You can install the J 41623-B onto the generator cooling inlet pipe, slide the J 41623-B toward the generator cooling inlet pipe fitting, connect the J 41623-B onto the generator cooling inlet pipe fitting, rotate the J 41623-B until the retainer clip rises above the fitting retainer seat, disengage the pipe from the generator cooling inlet pipe fitting, then remove the J 41623-B from the generator cooling inlet pipe.
