2004 Cadillac SRX Windshield Wiper Arms

You can install the wiper blade, position the passenger side wiper arm and the driver side wiper arm, install the wiper arm, install the nut, secure the upper hood assist rods onto the assist rod ball studs, install the wiper arm nut covers, close the hood assembly, operate the wipers and wash pattern and verify the driver side wiper does not exceed the wipe area.

The procedure is to mark the position of the rear wiper blade on the rear window, pivot the rear wiper arm nut cap, remove the rear wiper arm nut, remove the rear wiper arm and remove the rear wiper blade.

You can set the wipers in the Park position, open the hood assembly, align the driver-side wiper with an orange line, align the passenger-side wiper with an orange dot, remove the covers and the nut, remove the upper hood assist rods, tilt the hood rearward, support the hood assembly, remove the wiper, clean the drive spindle knurls and remove the wiper blade.

You can install the rear wiper blade, position the rear wiper arm onto the wiper motor, install the rear wiper arm nut, install the rear wiper arm nut cap, remove the tape or the mark from the rear window and inspect the rear wiper system for proper operation.
