A:
The procedure is to disable the SIR system, remove the steering column trim covers and the steering column wiring harness tie straps, disconnect the electrical connectors, depress the locking tab on the windshield wiper and washer switch and remove the switch.

The procedure is to remove the lower air deflector and the passenger side front wheelhouse liner, drain the washer solvent into a suitable container, disconnect the washer hose and the electrical connector and remove the Washer Pump.
Q: What is the proper way to install the wiper arm blade?
A:
You can insert the hook of the wiper arm through the opening in the Wiper Blade, position the wiper blade pivot in the inside radius of the wiper arm hook, pull the wiper blade pivot into the wiper arm hook, ensure the blade is locked onto the wiper arm, return the wiper blades to the park position and operate the wipers and check for proper operation.
