You need to ensure that the headlamp switch is in the OFF position, open the end gate/liftgate, remove the 2 screws retaining the tail/turn signal lamp assembly to the body, identify the bulb in need of replacement, rotate the bulb socket 1/4 turn counter-clockwise, and remove the bulbs from the sockets.
