A:
You need to partially drain the cooling system, remove the air cleaner outlet duct and the engine sight shield, disconnect the throttle actuator motor electrical connector, reposition the coolant air bleed hose clamp, remove the coolant air bleed hose, the Throttle Body nuts, and the throttle body, remove and discard the throttle body gasket.
Q: What is the removal procedure for air cleaner elements?
A:
You need to remove the air cleaner outlet duct, disconnect the mass air flow/intake air temperature sensor electrical connector, loosen the air cleaner housing top screws, and remove the air cleaner housing cover and the Air Filter element.
Q: What is the procedure for an air leak in the intake manifold gasket?
A:
You need to replace the upper Intake Manifold Gaskets with the teal green gasket material, P/N 89017589, and inspect the intake manifold to the cylinder head deck for warpage.
