You need to remove all of the related panels and components and any excess sealer surrounding the existing hinge, scribe the location of the hinge on the hinge pillar, hand-sand the existing hinge, center punch each of the 4 weld marks on the original hinge, drill through the hinge only at each punch location, and remove the hinge and all of the remaining welds from the pillar surface.

The recommended torque is 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).

The door hinge pins and bushings are not replaceable. If the hinge pins or bushings are damaged, you should replace the door hinge as an assembly.

You need to visually inspect and restore the damage, remove all of the related panels and the components and any excess sealer surrounding the hinge, scribe the location of the hinge on the hinge pillar, hand-sand the existing hinge, center punch each of the 4 weld marks on the original hinge, locate and drill out all necessary factory welds in the rear body opening lower filler. You also need to pry back the filler panel, remove the rear body opening lower filler, separate the filler from the opening, drill through the hinge only at each punch location, separate the hinge from the pillar, and remove the hinge and all of the remaining welds from the pillar surface.
