A:
You need to recover the refrigerant, the suction hose mounting bolt and the suction hose from the A/C compressor, the suction hose nut and the suction hose from the accumulator, and the suction hose assembly from the vehicle, discard all of the used sealing washers, and cap the system openings.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the evaporator tube?
A:
You need to recover the refrigerant, remove the evaporator tube nut from the evaporator, disconnect the evaporator tube from the evaporator, and remove and disconnect the evaporator tube nut from the auxiliary A/C tube if equipped. You also need to remove the right park/turn signal lamp and the grille from the vehicle, remove and disconnect the evaporator tube nut from the condenser, remove the evaporator tube from the vehicle, discard all of the used sealing washers, and cap all of the open connections.

You need to recover the refrigerant, remove the discharge hose mounting bolt, the discharge hose from the A/C compressor, the upper radiator baffle, the discharge hose nut, and the discharge hose from the condenser, disconnect the electrical connector from the A/C recirculation switch, remove the discharge hose from the vehicle, discard the used sealing washers, and cap the system openings.
