You need to open the endgate, remove the push-in retainers from the inside rear edge of the rear quarter panel molding, use a heat gun J 25070, then use a plastic, flat-bladed tool to remove the upper edge of the rear quarter panel molding from the surface, pull the upper edge of the rear quarter panel molding out, to release the retainers, remove the rear quarter panel molding from the door, and remove the push-in retainer nuts from the D-pillar, if required, remove all adhesive from the rear door body panel, then clean the rear door panel surface.
