You should not use solvent of any type when cleaning the gasket surfaces on the intake manifold and the Throttle Body assembly, as damage to the gasket surfaces and throttle body assembly may result, and use care in cleaning the gasket surfaces on the intake manifold and the throttle body assembly, as sharp tools may damage the gasket surfaces.

You will need to tighten the vertical lower Intake Manifold bolts (the four middle ones) to 7 Nm (62 lb in), tighten the diagonal lower intake manifold bolts (two on each end) to 7 Nm (62 lb in), tighten the vertical lower intake manifold bolts (the four middle ones) to 13 Nm (115 lb in), and tighten the diagonal lower intake manifold bolts (two on each end) to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).

The installation procedure is to install the filter element into the air cleaner housing and install the air cleaner intake duct.
