The installation procedure is to install the throttle body heater inlet hose, install the hose clamps, install the throttle cable bracket, fill the cooling system, and install the air cleaner and duct assembly.

You can remove the air cleaner and duct assembly, remove the throttle cable bracket to gain access to the throttle body heater hose clamp, drain the coolant until the coolant level is below the throttle body heater hoses, use the J 38185 to remove the hose clamp, remove the throttle body heater inlet hose.

You can remove the air cleaner and duct assembly, drain the coolant until the coolant level is below the throttle body heater hoses, remove the hose clamp with J 38185, and remove the throttle body heater outlet hose.

The installation procedure is to install the radiator inlet hose, connect the radiator inlet hose to the radiator, reposition the hose clamp at the radiator to secure the hose, connect the radiator inlet hose to the thermostat housing, reposition the hose clamp at the thermostat housing to secure the hose, then fill the cooling system.

You can drain the cooling system, reposition the hose clamp at the radiator using the J 38185, disconnect the radiator inlet hose from the radiator, reposition the hose clamp at the thermostat housing, disconnect the radiator inlet hose from the thermostat housing, remove the radiator inlet hose.
