Q: How do you adjust the stop lamp switch and cruise control release?
A:
You can insert the stop lamp switch and the cruise control switch if equipped into the brake pedal bracket, install the stop lamp switch and the cruise control switch if equipped into the slotted grooves until the switches are fully depressed against the brake pedal, then turn the switches clockwise approximately 1/4 turn, the switches should now be installed and adjusted, then inspect the stop lamps and the cruise control for proper operation.

A:
The installation procedure is to install the stop lamp switch into the slotted grooves until the switch is fully depressed against the brake pedal, then turn the switch clockwise approximately 1/4 turn, the switch should now be installed and adjusted, connect the electrical connectors, install the left side instrument panel insulator, and adjust the stop lamp switch if necessary.

A:
You can remove the left side instrument panel insulator, disconnect the electrical connectors, remove the stop lamp switch from the brake pedal bracket by turning the switch counterclockwise approximately 1/4 turn, and pulling back.
